OVERVIEW

Xcelience is an early development contract research organization focused on formulation development, drug preformulation, analytical services, and clinical trial manufacturing. Xcelience was the first North American CRO to implement two of Capsugel’s Xcelodose® precision powder micro-dosing systems, which fill API directly to capsules and enable clients to accelerate speed to proof of concept. These projects are on average completed 45 percent faster than traditional formulation efforts, and in some specific cases we have saved our clients as much as 17 weeks. Xcelience is committed to adding innovation where it makes sense to meet client needs. We recently enhanced our drug preformulation services with the purchase of an XRD, and expanded packaging capabilities to include a Blister Packaging Thermoformer machine.
